and the first hardware enterprise in China to receive CNAS laboratory certification,
JUSEN has focused on premium home hardware for 19 years. The company invests
over 40% of its annual profits in R&D, employs more than 200 senior
technical experts, and holds over 200 national patents. JUSEN’s excellence
recognized through prestigious international awards including the Red Dot
Award, iF Design Award, IDFA Design Award, and London Design Award.

“JUSEN has served international markets
since our establishment in 2006.” says Jiahui Luo, CMO of JUSEN. As a B2B
leader in the hardware industry, JUSEN supplies 90% of China’s listed custom
furniture companies and maintains market leadership among custom furniture
enterprises in developed regions including Europe, America, and Japan. The
company serves over 1,000 clients globally, with products reaching more than 40

From pioneering innovative hydraulic hinges
to inventing the OT door opener, JUSEN’s product portfolio spans five major
categories: basic hardware, wardrobe functional hardware, innovative hardware,
electronic smart hardware, and intelligent hardware solutions. The company
provides comprehensive hardware solutions for home furnishings, effectively
planning different spaces and areas while delivering one-stop hardware
solutions for living spaces.
Innovation through new products launches
has been JUSEN’s tradition and key to customer retention for 20 years. At the
upcoming CIFF Guangzhou JUSEN will showcase several innovations, including an
upgraded AI Smart Kitchen, new kitchen storage solutions, and globally pioneering
hinge products.
The AI Smart Kitchen represents JUSEN’s
response to modern kitchen needs. In developed markets like Europe and North
America where kitchens are typically spacious with numerous storage items and
multiple users, locating items often proves time-consuming.

The AI Smart Kitchen integrates intelligent
recognition capabilities, automatically opening specific cabinets in response
to voice commands, this solution addresses storage organization, accessibility
and classification challenges, offering hands-free operation that significantly
enhances kitchen convenience and comfort, particularly appealing to high-end
residential markets. The system arrives factory-assembled for immediate
installation, aligning with modular renovation requirements.
Currently, JUSEN’s AI Smart Kitchen has
been successfully implemented in South Korea and several European countries.
Despite the recent global economic
uncertainties that have impacted the supply and costs of raw materials, JUSEN
has managed to maintain its resilience by focusing on several key strategies.
Firstly, the company has shifted its emphasis from raw material dependency to
the enhancement of production technology, quality assurance, and innovative
design. Secondly, by targeting a premium market segment, JUSEN has aligned
itself with quality-focused customers who are less sensitive to price
fluctuations. Lastly, the company’s commitment to continuous innovation has
allowed it to steer clear of industry commoditization, ensuring its products
remain distinctive and valuable in the market.

“After decades of development, China’s
hardware manufacturing capabilities now match international standards.” JUSEN’s
electroplating technology exceeds European Tier III standards, with many
products surpassing neutral and acidic salt spray test requirements. This
technical excellence provides JUSEN with competitive advantages in volatile
international markets.
JUSEN’s primary challenge in serving
international industrial clients lies in meeting country-specific product requirements.
Different nations have varying cabinet specifications, installation practices,
woodworking methods, board thicknesses, screw placements and adjustment
mechanisms, leading to diverse factory-state requirements from hardware brands
in each market.

For instance, ensuring accurate trademark
printing on 10-20 million units was once an industry-wide challenge. JUSEN
addressed this by developing a proprietary AI recognition system that
photographs and compares products with original design data before shipment,
eliminating defects and ensuring precise trademark printing.
Through such rigorous quality control
measures, JUSEN successfully delivers products meeting global industrial
clients’ specifications while maintaining an error rate below 0.003%.
JUSEN employs multiple channels to gather
customer feedback across markets. In China, where consumer hardware demands are
rapidly evolving, and are increasingly personalized, the company leverages its
network of over 100 hardware distributors to collect comprehensive usage data. In
2024, JUSEN conducted a nationwide household survey to deeply understand user
pain points in kitchen and home hardware applications, informing future product
development.

In international markets, JUSEN’s global
business team actively collects hardware requirements from worldwide clients. Trade
shows provide valuable opportunities for face-to-face feedback collection, guiding
product improvements. For example, when Vietnamese coastal cities expressed a
need for enhanced rust resistance, JUSEN partnered with suppliers meeting
higher salt spray test standards to develop products specifically for the
Vietnamese market.
With many Chinese hardware products now increasingly
well-suited to international markets, particularly functional hardware, JUSEN
has seen significant success with thermal sinks, faucets, and kitchen storage
solutions in Middle Eastern markets. The company continues to expand its
functional hardware portfolio internationally.

Historically, international buyers focused
primarily on basic hardware products while maintaining reservations about
Chinese functional hardware. However, JUSEN aims to reshape these traditional
perceptions by showcasing the dramatic transformation of China’s hardware
industry over the past two decades.
Looking ahead, Chinese hardware products are positioned to command increasing international attention and challenge previous market assumptions. Through trade shows like CIFF Guangzhou, JUSEN demonstrates how Chinese hardware has evolved significantly in quality, functionality, durability, and aesthetics. The company’s globally pioneering manufacturing processes and innovations are set to reshape international perspectives.
